JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new flexible pool nurse within our municipal healthcare.

With us, you will have an exciting and highly varied job!

Our pool nurses have no caregiving responsibility and function as internal staffing across all our operations; home healthcare in ordinary housing, special housing, as well as LSS and social psychiatry.

The working hours correspond to 34.33 hours/week for a full-time position, including day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. A high degree of flexibility is required regarding working hours, and therefore an additional allowance is added to the base salary.

We work in interdisciplinary teams with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, case managers, and care staff. We all work from the same premises in the municipal building, so you always have a colleague available when needed.

With us, it is important that we provide quality care and focus on the patient! We are therefore proud to have both a medical secretary and three district nursing assistants in our team; who assist the nurses in daily work to free up time for pure nursing tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse with previous experience in municipal healthcare.

You are structured and confident in your work role. Good collaboration skills are a given, but it is equally important that you can work independently. As a person, you have an enthusiastic approach and a good pedagogical ability to guide, teach, and delegate to care staff. If you have further education in healthcare, it is an advantage. You have computer skills and a good ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. Furthermore, you need a B driver's license.
