Wistbo Information owns and develops the Wistbo Operations Portal, a market-leading communication platform for operations and production within energy companies. The demand for our services and products has steadily increased in recent years, which is why we are now looking for someone to further strengthen our sales team.
As a Customer Responsible Project Manager, you will play a central role in developing and managing business with existing customers. You will work proactively to understand customer needs, propose solutions, and create long-term relationships. By staying updated on both our own and the customer's industry, you ensure that we always offer the best service and the most relevant services.
We currently have nine employees and a group of external consultants. You will be offered a developing and challenging job with a lot of personal responsibility, and you will also become part of a competent sales team with a strong sense of community where you together contribute to the development of the company and our customers. You will work in an organization with great opportunities to contribute to the development of both our service and our way of working to meet the demand from our customers.
Responsibilities:
-Drive and develop business with existing customers through projects
-Initiate and conduct primarily digital meetings and sometimes physical customer visits
-Follow up on the customer's use of our services and identify development potential
-Plan and conduct customer activities, training, fairs, and events
-Prepare quotes, cost estimates, and contracts in consultation with the sales manager
-Use social media to communicate with customers and prospects
-Provide advice and service and follow up on customer satisfaction
In your role, you are also a requirement setter and orderer of our marketing communication, so it is also important to be able to formulate what support is needed to achieve the set sales goals.
To succeed in the role of Customer Responsible Project Manager:
We are looking for someone who is a communicative and initiative-taking person with a strong customer focus. You have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships and enjoy working independently and purposefully. You have some experience in B2B sales, customer contact, and business development. Furthermore, we would like you to be structured, enjoy working with IT systems, and have an interest in developing both customer relationships and business.
We need someone who wants to develop both personally and professionally.
You should have good knowledge
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Interest in digitalization and the value that systems can create in our daily work.
- Some experience in leading various types of projects, both independently and in teams
- Social Selling: Working with digital sales and understanding the importance of marketing communication in the sales cycle.
