Responsibilities

• Implement plans, processes, and policies for demand and supply planning, focusing on optimizing processes across multiple areas.
• Contribute to the development of supply planning and policies to meet business needs.
• Monitor and follow up on the organization’s adherence to plans and processes, and manage deviations.
• Support the development and implementation of solutions to optimize supply chains.
• Implement and maintain programs and policies that address capacity issues and production localization.
• Work closely with related processes such as demand and inventory.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve logistics service centers and other activities within demand and supply planning.
• Drive transformation and improvement of methods within demand and supply planning.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced production planner who is accustomed to working with implementing and optimizing processes and policies within demand and supply planning. The role involves supporting and developing operational plans and strategies for several different supply chains.

• Has a university degree in a relevant field, e.g., logistics, or work experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Has worked for several years in a similar role.
• Experience in logistics.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
• Experience in demand and supply planning.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally and leading change initiatives.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
