Aryzta Bakeries Nordic AB was founded as a small family business in 1915. In 2010, the business was acquired by Aryzta AG, a global corporation in the bakery industry with manufacturing primarily in Europe and Asia. Aryzta Bakeries Nordic AB has two production facilities in Sweden (Stockholm and Malmö) that produce hamburger buns for the Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets.
Responsibilities
In the role of Maintenance Planner at Aryzta Bakeries Nordic AB, you will be responsible for planning, following up, and optimizing maintenance processes to ensure efficient operation of the facility. You will also be responsible for spare parts management and purchasing. You will use the CMMS system to manage resources, assets, and spare parts. You will ensure that maintenance work is carried out in accordance with internal standards and audit requirements while ensuring that all safety and hygiene requirements are met to create a safe working environment.
You will also be responsible for analyzing key KPIs and spare parts inventory value to continuously optimize maintenance strategies and processes. Furthermore, you will manage budgets and costs for maintenance, purchasing, and service agreements and coordinate work requests from other departments to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and follow up maintenance work to ensure efficient operation and asset protection
- Manage the CMMS system to optimize the use of resources and spare parts
- Create and analyze reports based on KPIs and spare parts inventory value
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety and hygiene requirements and ensuring audit readiness
- Manage budgets and costs for maintenance, purchasing, and service agreements
- Coordinate work requests and collaborate with other departments to optimize the execution of maintenance activities
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Recognized engineering degree
- Experience from automated industry, project management, and process improvement
- Experience working with service agreements, supplier management, and negotiations
- Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and collaboration with technical contractors
- Very good computer and system skills, including experience working with software systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
