Job Description

Within the preschools of Härjedalen Municipality, we have been working consistently with clarifying pedagogy for a couple of years. For us, clarifying pedagogy means systematically developing the physical, social, and pedagogical environment through our approach and interaction with children with different needs.

We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Ytterhogdals preschool. With us, you will be part of a smaller team with an open work climate, making us an effective and pleasant working group where close collaboration and communication are key. We work a lot outdoors with nature right at our doorstep and have a close collaboration with leisure and school in the same area.

Employment is conditional upon the current educator taking another position.

Job Responsibilities

• As a preschool teacher, you have the important task of creating the best conditions for children to feel welcome, safe, and able to develop into independent individuals.
• You will work with planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the educational activities aimed at children aged 1-5 years.
• Together with the team, you will jointly set up, implement, and evaluate the education so that the child's development and learning are met according to applicable governing documents.
• You will alternate between organized teaching moments and spontaneous learning situations, which we believe benefits learning and creates a varied and pleasant work climate.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed preschool teacher.
• Experience in pedagogical documentation using digital tools, or is comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Experience in being responsible for systematic quality work is meritorious.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience in TAKK.

For the position, showing a police record extract is a prerequisite for employment.
