Lofsdalen School

Lofsdalen School is a F-6 school located in the village with proximity to nature, ski trails, and ski slopes. As a teaching assistant, you will support teachers in the classroom and be a resource among students during class and other school time.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves being an assistant in classroom instruction during the school day and also participating in after-school activities.

• You will plan, implement, and evaluate the activities together with your colleagues.
• You see collegial learning as a prerequisite for student development and look forward to working closely together in a team towards common goals with students in focus.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Pedagogical education or experience in similar tasks.
• Presentation of a criminal record extract.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience working in schools and with students in need of special support.

• You are social, flexible, proactive, and enjoy working with others.
• You have experience and knowledge of how to best contribute to students' increased understanding through an individualized approach.
