At the service administration, we work together to offer our customers the best possible service in all our areas. We provide services in areas such as meals, property and operational services, IT, vehicles, personnel and payroll management, and municipal guidance.

In the finance department, we are 12 colleagues working with the service administration's financial reporting. We continuously work to find new smart solutions to digitize and simplify our processes. We have a flexible workplace in central Halmstad with activity-based offices. The opportunity to partially work remotely is a given as long as it works for our customers and stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a skilled administrator with experience in purchasing and direct procurement? Are you also positive and meticulous with a clear customer focus? Then this might be the job for you!
We at the service administration's finance department are looking for a new colleague. As an administrator focusing on purchasing and direct procurement, you will handle administration, purchasing support, direct procurements, and conduct internal training. You have many points of contact and collaborate with people both within our administration and with external suppliers. You are also the administration's contact person for questions regarding direct procurements and purchases, as well as our representative in networks. Most of your working hours will be spent in various systems, such as the procurement tool Tendsign and Office 365.
You communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues and adapt your communication based on the target audience and context. We encourage the desire to develop our working methods, both independently and together with your colleagues.
We are a customer-oriented organization, which means that much of our work is driven by our customers' needs. Tasks come in from various sources, which means that the workday will not always go as planned. Even though the position involves a lot of independent work, it is natural that you and your colleagues support and relieve each other.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has completed a theoretical high school education and has at least 3 years of professional experience in administration and purchasing. You are comfortable working in Office 365, and it is an extra merit if you have knowledge of the Public Procurement Act and experience with the procurement tool Tendsign.
You are a meticulous and detail-oriented person with a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You work in a structured and independent manner and can quickly prioritize tasks when needed. You have a service-oriented and flexible approach and enjoy collaborating with different people. You are positive and are eager to take the initiative for development, both for yourself and the organization.
