Are you a service-oriented and detail-oriented person who wants to work with us this summer? We at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Borlänge are looking for a real estate coordinator for weeks 26-33. To give you a good start, you will have training for two weeks in May.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a real estate assistant, you will have one of the most important functions in our teams where your main task will be to support the agents in the sales processes and provide our customers with exceptional service. We believe that you, as a person, have a high sense of service, work proactively and independently with a genuine joy in meeting new people!

Your tasks will include answering the phone, calling our customers, booking closings, conducting extra viewings for the agents, creating viewing materials, booking inspections and photography, and being responsible for local marketing, among other things. Therefore, we believe you will thrive best if you are a positive, social person who enjoys a fast-paced, varied job and taking great personal responsibility.

ABOUT YOU

As a real estate assistant, it is important that you are detail-oriented and have a sense of order. You do not need to have previous experience in a similar role. You need to be solution-oriented, meticulous, understand what good service means, and be skilled at having direct contact with our customers.

• Have a driver's license and access to your own car
• Be service-oriented and enjoy a social role
• Have a structured working method and can handle administrative tasks
• Can work all weeks, 26-33

ABOUT US We are market leaders in Leksand and Gagnef, and in both of our offices, we have two agents and one assistant. In total, we have 23 employees in Dalarna with local offices in Avesta, Hedemora, Säter, Borlänge, Gagnef, Vansbro, and Rättvik. In this position, you will be based at the office in Leksand and Gagnef.
