About the position

As a Property and Maintenance Technician with a technical focus, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run as efficiently as possible and for the maintenance of our properties, both inside and outside. EdmoLift has its production in Härnösand, and the properties consist of production environments, office spaces, storage areas with adjacent land. Your tasks include performing repairs, preventive maintenance, handling fault reports, and coordinating with contractors and external suppliers. You will also work to optimize costs and energy efficiency, as well as document and follow up on work to ensure quality and improvement. You will have many contacts both internally and externally and work with a wide range of tasks that include both "high and low". You will be an important part of the QEHS department, which is responsible for quality, environment, occupational health, and property issues at a company-wide level.

Your main tasks

• Daily operation and maintenance of our properties – both inside and outside
• Repairs - premises and machines
• Handling of fault reports and follow-up
• Shared responsibility for fire and evacuation alarms
• Contact with contractors and external suppliers
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are unpretentious, flexible, proactive, and have an eye for detail. You need to be comfortable taking responsibility while also having the ability to collaborate effectively with others, especially when the pace is high. Structure and the ability to organize your work effectively are crucial, as is a willingness to constantly improve and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a technical education or equivalent work experience from similar professions within property management and maintenance. Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Is passionate about service and has a natural inclination to help others. Has a technical understanding and an interest in property management. Mastery of Swedish is required, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license.
