In your work, you will perform electrical tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and new installations within Krambo and Kramfast's properties, including rental apartments and commercial spaces.

Job Responsibilities

Central parts of the job include repairs and replacements of components in our properties. As an electrician, you will work with new installations, renovations, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems within our property portfolio. The work may also include scheduled on-call duties. The tasks may involve heavy lifting and some physically demanding work. The work primarily takes place indoors in apartments, commercial spaces, and substations. Currently, we have two electricians at Krambo, so you will work closely with a colleague to solve the issues that come to you both together and individually.

In this role, you are expected to work independently and easily adapt to new conditions. It is also largely about providing good service to Krambo's tenants, and you will have daily contact with tenants and contractors. You will plan the execution of service orders based on the reports of issues made by our tenants. A computer and mobile phone are among your primary tools for incoming service orders and reporting completed actions.

Qualifications

• Have a high school education in electrical engineering or equivalent training
• Passed ETG test
• Good technical ability
• Possess a B driver's license
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured and prioritize your work efficiently. You plan among your work orders and set reasonable timeframes that you adhere to. You maintain perspective and focus on the right things, as the daily work is largely driven by incoming service orders with varying priorities. You easily adapt to changing circumstances in your work and can quickly change your perspective and approach to things. Being attentive in your interactions with others and having good collaboration skills both externally and internally are prerequisites. We also emphasize that you have good verbal communication skills, speaking clearly, making yourself understood, and engaging small and large groups.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position. Start date is according to agreement. A 6-month probationary period will apply.
