ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are currently seeking three personal assistants who want to work with a lively woman in Husum.

The working hours are scheduled during the day and evening from 07:30-16:00/16:00-22:00 and every other weekend.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 60s who has previously had a stroke and has aphasia. Since the client has diabetes, you as an assistant will administer insulin, and you will receive training in medication delegation. As a personal assistant, you will support her in communication, mobility, exercise programs, and common household tasks. Since she likes to be involved as much as possible, you should be attentive to her wishes and preferences. She wants an active everyday life that may include cooking, baking, walking, and activities with the Aphasia Association.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores, etc.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Accompany on planned activities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We also prefer that you are calm, talkative, and social. It is important that you can work independently and suggest activities to perform. Personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license
• Access to a car

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in care or experience deemed equivalent by the employer

Employment degree: Three positions, two at approximately 90%, one at approximately 75%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
