About us:

Ålstorps Hembageri is a small, family-run bakery with a big heart and a focus on craftsmanship and quality. We offer a wide range of breads, buns, cakes, and pastries. Our bakery is an important part of the local community, and we always strive to provide our customers with the best service and taste experience.

About the role:

As a baker with us, you will be involved in creating everything from crispy rolls and juicy sourdough bread to sweet buns and delicious Danish pastries. You will be part of a small and close-knit team where we help each other and have fun together. Our experienced baker will assist and instruct you.

Qualifications:

• Baking education
• 1 year of experience as a baker is preferred
• Good knowledge of food hygiene
• Positive personality
• Ability to work independently and in a team

We offer:

Working hours and employment form:

• Probationary employment with the possibility of extension and increased working hours
• Approximately 16 hours every other week and more if needed, e.g., during illness or in the summer when regular staff are on vacation
• Working hours are Saturday and Sunday every other week from 04:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• The bakery is open from 7 AM to 3 PM.
• Start date: as soon as possible according to agreement.
