OIO, in collaboration with our partner, is looking for a Swedish-speaking customer service representative for immediate start. The assignment is long-term with placement in central Gothenburg. The role is best suited for those who thrive in a social environment, with a strong focus on customer contact and creating positive experiences. About the position

In the role of customer service representative, you will be primarily responsible for providing support to private customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring they receive quick and smooth solutions. The calls will vary and cover issues such as questions about the company's products, services, and invoices. The focus in each customer interaction is to create a positive experience and to assist the customer in finding answers or solutions to any problems. In addition to customer contact, some administrative handling related to customer cases you manage is also included.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a completed high school diploma
• Has at least 1 year of experience in service and/or administration
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• If you have previously worked in a customer service role, we consider it a strong merit

We are particularly looking for a person with a strong sense of service, who is helpful, meticulous, and possesses a high work ethic. You are a team player with good collaboration skills. Perhaps you have even participated in a team sport and thereby gained valuable experiences in teamwork. These qualities will be crucial in this role as you will be in close contact with customers. Being able to thrive in a customer-facing role and offer a high level of service is of utmost importance.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO starting immediately or by agreement.
