About the Unit

The Swedish Armed Forces Logistics (FMLOG) is responsible for logistics support to units, schools, and centers within the Armed Forces (FM), both nationally and internationally.

The Transport Unit, with functional leadership responsibility for transport services within FMLOG, is tasked with coordinating the implementation of the Armed Forces' strategic and operational transport of personnel, equipment, and entire units.

Main Responsibilities

As a transport leader, you will work with the daily operations of the business, which includes planning transports, being responsible for scheduling, and business trips that involve overnight stays. You may also need to participate in overseas service and take part in international missions and exercises.

Qualifications

You must have completed secondary education or equivalent knowledge assessed by the employer as comparable.
Documented experience in the transport industry
Driving license BECE

Furthermore, you are responsible, quality-conscious, and systematic in your pursuit of continuously achieving good results. Meritorious

Experience in transport leadership
Previous experience in similar work
Completed secondary education in the transport program
Good knowledge of English
Completed ADR class 1 - explosives
YKB (Professional Competence Certificate)

Other

Employment form: Permanent full-time. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period for those who are not already employed by the Armed Forces.

Individual salary setting applies.

Planned 3 hours of physical activity per week during regular working hours.

28-35 vacation days per year depending on your age.

Start date: By agreement.
