About the role:

We are looking for an engaged and structured property caretaker/technician responsible for rounds, project management, and some technical work. Minor urgent issues are handled directly.

We manage several buildings in one location, approximately 65,000 square meters. The primary tenant is a government agency. We are a foundation with state connections.

We are not just a management foundation; we also build and develop a lot.

You will work alongside three knowledgeable colleagues – in addition, we have about 10 subcontractors/consultants who often visit us.

The position is located in Southern Stockholm.

Main responsibilities

• Shared responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of the property with a focus on long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.

• Drive and coordinate smaller property-related projects and plan for upcoming renovations, repairs, and reconstructions.

• Conduct daily rounds and address urgent issues directly. Construction, electrical, and ventilation expertise is available within the organization.

Who you are

Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent work experience. If you are a civil engineer and lack a few years of experience, this may be accepted in some cases.

• At least five years of work experience in property management with good knowledge of property technical systems, operations, maintenance, and government inspections. Experience from the construction or energy sector may be considered equivalent.

• You have previous experience working with commercial properties.

• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement. (If you do not have a driver's license, you will need to plan for driving training).
