We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in providing good care and support to our users. In the role of a nursing assistant with us, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our users based on a person-centered approach. You work carefully and professionally in collaboration with others in the team and in close contact with our users. This also means working for good collaboration with other professionals and relatives.

Main responsibilities include: Meeting the individual care and support needs of users, carrying out delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act, documentation, and service interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Care and nursing program or nursing assistant education.

Experience in dementia and elderly care is an advantage. You are confident in documenting and using various systems needed for the job. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves contact with users, relatives, documentation, and reading information related to the work. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation. A B driver's license is also an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
