JOB DUTIES

We need summer substitutes for our operations in the Eastern villages!

We are looking for substitutes in care and support who can work during the summer of 2025 in Vitangi, Svappavaara, or Karesuando. Please specify in your application what you are interested in.

We offer you a rich work content, community, and personal development. Working in care and support usually involves scheduled day/evening/weekend/night shifts. Please indicate in your application if you wish to work nights. A driver's license is required for home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work in care and support, we value that you have experience in the field and possess good collaboration skills and a professional attitude. We place great importance on personal suitability, which means you are flexible and secure in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a team.

You work closely with users, and therefore you should have a strong interest in people, patience, and the ability to understand the user's situation. It is taken for granted that you have a good approach towards users and their relatives. We would like you to have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish. A driver's license is required for home care. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.
