We are now looking for a nursing assistant at Villa Näs in Åkesberga for a permanent position in the Dementia Department. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Näs

Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places. The building is three stories high with two departments per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 40 places for elderly people with dementia and 20 care places.

• We are undergoing dementia certification, which means that all of us working here are in the middle of training in dementia and communication through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We schedule for 10 weeks at a time.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
