About the Job

As an EA with an application focus and part of Skatteverket's architectural governance, you are a key person in the work around target architecture and the transition Skatteverket is making towards an information-driven and digitized operation. You support Skatteverket's development in crime prevention and work together with other enterprise architects in the area. A significant business and system renewal is underway in crime prevention and taxation. You will be part of developing the architecture for future crime prevention and also participate in enterprise architecture work for the entire authority. You contribute to developing new solutions that meet today's and future demands from both the business and our customers' needs.

Skatteverket uses SAFe as an agile framework and works in agile development value streams. You will coach system architects and development teams so they can apply and realize the target and conceptual architecture.

We expect you to have knowledge of the latest technologies, such as microservices and container technology. You will develop new architectural concepts based on business capabilities and your recommendations.

Skatteverket's IT operations and technical environment are broad. We are gradually transitioning to new modern environments, with cloud solutions, micro-services, and container technology. Skatteverket's IT department is one of Sweden's largest with nearly 1500 employees responsible for the development, operation, and management of Skatteverket's IT landscape.

A significant business and system renewal is underway in crime prevention and taxation. We work in three EA teams within the taxation area, and you will belong to the team that primarily supports the development in crime prevention. The three teams meet regularly to ensure the integrity of the architecture within taxation. As an EA, you have a holistic view and also support other areas with your expertise.

In this work, good judgment and understanding of legal security and safety are important.

You will belong to our IT Development Unit for Crime Prevention in Gothenburg, Malmö, Sundbyberg, or Umeå.

About You

You should also have:

• at least three years of current and relevant experience in application architecture at the enterprise level in a large complex IT environment within a large organization
• current experience in service-based architecture
• several years of current experience using models to analyze and document architecture
• experience leading and supporting other architects and leading workshops
• experience in planning and executing architectural work in connection with a business change.

It is desirable that you have experience in agile development, with the SAFe framework, and have worked with AI applications.

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with background checks according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
