We at Higher and Next u are looking for an experienced salesperson who wants to sell our innovative recruitment solutions and our own system Higher, including our unique video presentations that make recruitment easier, more transparent, and free from bias.

Higher and Next u are pioneers in digital recruitment and staffing, and we are just at the beginning of our journey. We are now looking for a salesperson with experience in the recruitment industry who wants to join us on our journey. For us, recruitment is about more than just CVs. We present our candidates through video presentations, which gives our clients a chance to truly "meet" the candidate before they meet in person. This method provides both transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process, and now we want you to help us reach even more.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Help clients understand and use our video presentations for a better and more transparent recruitment process.
• Sell our recruitment services and the recruitment tool Higher.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and create long-term relationships.
• Create and follow up on quotes and contracts.
• Be part of a cohesive team focused on long-term success.

• You have experience in recruitment or staffing and a good network.
• You enjoy selling and are good at building relationships.
• You see sales as a way to help clients solve problems, not just as a job.
• You are goal-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to open doors to new business opportunities.
