THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven field salesperson who will be an important part of our sales team for Region West, which means you will be based at our office in Gothenburg and visit customers in the Gothenburg area (approximately 15 miles radius). The majority of your working hours will be spent in the field with our customers. You will be part of S:t Eriks' professional B2B sales team, working with our customers in companies, construction, specifiers, and municipalities. You will act in a project-leading and consultative role, proposing the best solutions based on the customer's needs and wishes. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to quoting and managing projects with customers until the final solution is delivered. The projects can vary in size and may last for several years - in other words, the relationship between you and the customer is incredibly important.

Your responsibilities include:

• Customer visits to existing and new customers such as contractors, specifiers, and municipalities.
• Responsible for developing business with both new and existing customers.
• Collaboration with colleagues in different parts of the organization.
• Stay updated on the market and report information and development opportunities.
• Document and report sales activities and results.
• Represent S:t Eriks at events such as trade fairs, conferences, and marketing activities.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have several years of experience in successful and qualified sales work, and it is advantageous if you have worked in construction, civil engineering, or a similar technical industry. You are perceived as down-to-earth with a strong personal presence. You easily absorb new knowledge and have a genuine interest in developing relationships. You are self-driven, well-structured, and a pronounced competitor – you are passionate about business. You are organized and have a well-developed communicative ability, able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A driving license (B) is required, and a company car is included in the position.
