ABOUT THE POSITION

Rechon Life Science was founded in 2007 and is a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry with over 280 employees. They are a pharmaceutical company specializing in developing and manufacturing various medical products. They offer a comprehensive solution where they manage everything from development and clinical trials to finished products, with a focus on quality and safety.

As a warehouse employee at Rechon Life Science, you will be an important colleague in this quality-focused environment. You will work with products that make a difference for people's health and ensure that all deliveries and products are handled carefully and efficiently in a workplace characterized by safety and professionalism. You will work daytime in a dedicated and close-knit team.

It is therefore required that you enjoy taking responsibility and working meticulously to meet the high quality demands. You will work daytime according to a rotating schedule, which during training means 7:30 AM to 4 PM before it shifts to staggered working hours with shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM and 9:30 AM to 6 PM. Initially, you will work at the site in Limhamn, before moving to Stora Bernstorp.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Your tasks will be varied and primarily involve indoor forklift driving, with electric pallet trucks, standing pallet trucks, and hand trucks, as you will be moving items to and from production. You will also receive, check, and order materials, handle inspections and documentation, label goods, and place them in the correct storage locations. Additionally, you will handle waste, primarily cardboard boxes and plastic items.

All work is carried out in accordance with GMP, which requires a high level of safety awareness and precision.

In the long term, you are also expected to develop your skills within the department and be open to taking on new tasks that may arise.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a forklift license for standing pallet trucks (A4), electric pallet trucks (A2), and is comfortable with hand trucks.
Has a B driver's license.
Has very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, for documentation and safety reasons.

It is an advantage if you have experience with ERP systems or have previously worked with GMP. The role also requires that you are physically fit, although heavy lifting is limited. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked in a similar position.

For this recruitment, a security clearance will be conducted.
