About the position

As a nursing assistant, you will play a significant role in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will perform the usual tasks of a nursing assistant. Delegation from a nurse regarding medication, wound care, and sampling is also part of your responsibilities. The position requires computer skills as documentation and signing are done digitally. The position is permanent at 75% and includes daytime work with shifts every other weekend and about one evening a week.

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title or have long experience in elderly care that is deemed equivalent
• Have good or very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with mental health issues, dementia, and geriatric diseases
• Finnish as a spoken language

As a person, you are flexible, secure, and have personal maturity. You have empathy in your interactions with others and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You have good teamwork skills, are used to taking responsibility, initiative, and handling stressful situations.
