Working as a Buyer at BAUHAUS is perhaps Sweden's most inspiring purchasing job! As a Buyer, you work closely with your department, which consists of the roles of Category Manager, Buyer, and Purchasing Coordinator. Working in BAUHAUS's purchasing department means being part of the hub of the business, so you should appreciate a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. The role of a buyer is varied, providing a significant opportunity to influence both operationally and strategically.

In this role, you will have total responsibility for your product groups, which includes:

• Responsible for sales, profitability, and marketing of your product groups
• Develop attractive campaign offers for consumers, as well as for our corporate clients
• Analyze and improve existing supplier collaborations and, if necessary, create new fruitful partnerships
• Responsible for purchasing and negotiation processes
• Analyze/monitor the market and conduct competitor analyses
• Responsible for pricing towards consumers

We believe that you are driven, goal-oriented with good business acumen, and in addition, we would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education preferably in purchasing or equivalent
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role or position within the sales channel for the relevant product category
• Experience in sales and purchasing within plumbing is an advantage
• Strong business and results focus related to brand and product work
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
