Support students through high school choices, change choices, and administrative handling of forms and certificates!

About the assignment We are looking for a study and career counselor for a consulting assignment in Sigtuna. The assignment is a temporary position starting immediately and is expected to last until May 2025. The position is part-time (30%) on-site at the client's premises.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions for students making change choices for high school (from April 16 to May 16).
• Administrative work handling forms, including uploading documents in Indra for IM and compiling materials for high school admissions (from March to May).
• Support during PRAO by ensuring that students receive their certificates and that the mentor's responsibilities are followed up.
• Support and guide students with special needs (functional variations, home sitters, etc.) before high school choices.
• Ensure that all relevant forms and materials are submitted on time, including materials for free quotas and special needs.
• Participate in overarching tasks to facilitate high school admissions, such as evaluations of PRAO and support for students in preparations for high school choices.

Your qualifications

In this role, you need to be communicative and have a good understanding of the education system and the labor market. You should enjoy collaborating with people of different ages and backgrounds. You should have a positive attitude and a strong drive to help others achieve their goals.

• Educated Study and Career Counselor (SYV) or have equivalent experience
• Ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing
