The International Parts Sales Management Specialist will drive global parts sales growth by developing strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing cross-border operations. This role focuses on expanding SANY’s parts market share in Europe and other target regions, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute international parts sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Europe, Africa, and other assigned regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, dealers, and OEM partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.

2. Key Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for international key accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their parts needs and provide tailored solutions (e.g., bulk orders, customized kits).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in alignment with company policies.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with logistics, inventory, and technical teams to ensure timely parts availability and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Provide input on inventory planning based on regional demand forecasts.
  • Support marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows, digital campaigns) to promote parts offerings.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, export controls).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction/heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts.
  • Proven track record in international sales or account management.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of supply chain/logistics (e.g., Incoterms, export documentation).
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment parts (e.g., hydraulic components, engines) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to travel (up to 30%).

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Chinese (mandatory).
