Aerzen Rental is a subsidiary of Aerzener Mashinenfabrik and offers the market's best oil-free blowers and compressors as well as tailored technical solutions. Aerzen Rental is an independent organization operating in several European countries, with products covering the entire pressure range from vacuum (300mbar abs) to compressed air (10barg). Through its strong presence and local operations across Europe, Aerzen Rental ensures high-quality service and rental stock that meets customer needs during planned maintenance, testing, and emergencies.

As Rental Area Manager Scandinavia, you will be based in Kungälv, north of Gothenburg, and work as part of an international team. Travel within Scandinavia is part of the job, and you will therefore be offered a company car. You will have daily contact with your colleagues in the Netherlands via phone and email.

Job Responsibilities

As Rental Area Manager for Scandinavia, you are responsible for providing customers with specialist advice on the use of Aerzen Rental's rental products and related services. You are expected to quickly understand customers' working methods and needs to effectively manage technical challenges and resolve any issues. The job responsibilities also include prospecting new customers and markets while managing the existing customer base. You will follow internal processes and ensure a smooth transfer of contracts to the internal sales department in the Netherlands. You need to be available, self-driven, and accustomed to organizing your own time, while also being prepared to travel within your region. Additionally, you facilitate the work for technicians on-site at the customer and solve technical problems with support from Aerzen Rental's technical specialists.

Your main job responsibilities also include the following:

• Develop and implement sales plans for your region

• Prospect new customers and markets while managing the existing customer base

• Establish and follow up on quotes, negotiations, and contract implementations

• Define and execute the marketing plan for your region

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Solid work experience in sales and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Technical education or equivalent experience

• Experience in the rental industry is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Valid driver's license (B)
