Transport Leader to the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters

The Headquarters Document Management Department (HKV DokhA) is now looking for a meticulous and responsible transport leader for our transport section. We are seeking a team member with good initiative who wants to help develop our department for the future. Here you will have the chance to grow in the field in an exciting environment!

HKV DokhA consists of a department divided into six sections; the Transport Section, Expedition L24, Expedition Three Weapons, Expedition V117, the International Expedition, and Archives.

About the Position

As a transport leader at the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters, you will play an important role in the unit's transport planning. You will lead the planning, execution, and follow-up based on the unit's transport needs, ensure they are handled correctly, and ensure that the right transport is in the right place at the right time. You will help ensure that our processes comply with established regulations and that sensitive information is handled correctly.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out tasks within the section according to process descriptions
Receive and execute ordered transport services, primarily focusing on passenger transport
Promote the section's traffic safety and environmental work
Participate in the development of internal routines and processes

Qualifications

3-year upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge assessed by the employer as equivalent
Driving license B for manual transmission
Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress
Very good computer skills
Very good local knowledge of central Stockholm

Meritorious

Previous experience in transport management
Safety training
Driving license D
