About the Workplace and Job

We are looking for a nursing assistant for Dikanäs, pending necessary decisions.

The position is 80% and is a permanent employment starting on July 1, 2025. A probationary period may apply.

Sagagården offers a unique environment where generations meet and create community. With ten adapted apartments and a preschool in the same building, our elderly residents enjoy daily interactions with preschool children at Fjällripan. At Sagagården, you will also work in home care, which means you will both work in the facility and visit elderly people in their homes in the surrounding villages. Job Responsibilities and Duties

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with people and help provide them with support, assistance, security, and improved quality of life. You will work both independently and in a team with varying tasks. Since much of your working time will be spent visiting clients' homes, you will also experience the mountain world during working hours.

Qualifications

To be qualified for the position, you need to have a nursing assistant education or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience in similar work is an advantage, and we place great importance on personal suitability. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. The work involves scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. A B driver's license is also required for the position.
