ABOUT OUR BAKERY

In our bakery, 10 passionate employees work together to create everything from crispy baguettes to juicy sourdough bread – from scratch and with love. We only use the best ingredients to guarantee the highest quality. The team is led by a sales manager, a pastry shop manager, and a bread manager – and now we need reinforcement on the bread side!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Now you have the chance to become part of our creative bakery team! As a baker with us, you will have the opportunity to:

• ✨ Create fantastic bread from scratch – from dough mixing to finished products in the display
• ✨ Experiment and develop new recipes and flavors
• ✨ Handle goods receipt and stock management
• ✨ Keep track of dates, crushing management, and self-control
• ✨ Ensure that the bakery is always clean and fresh

The position is full-time
Working hours: Weekdays and every other weekend
Start date: Immediately or by agreement
Employment form: We apply a six-month probationary period
Application deadline: April 15 – we conduct interviews continuously and the position may be filled before then!

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is driven, creative, and loves to work in a team! You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are meticulous, and have an eye for detail. To fit into the role, we would like you to:

• ✅ Have education in baking
• ✅ Have at least one year of experience as a baker
• ✅ Be self-sufficient and solution-oriented
• ✅ Master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• ✅ Have a positive attitude and an eye for detail – you always want to deliver perfect bread!
