We are looking for someone who wants to work in an environment where teamwork and structure are key to success. During peak season, the inflow of goods and production pace is high, and we are therefore looking for a person who is well-prepared to handle intense periods with a solution-oriented mindset.

The position is initially a consulting assignment starting as soon as we find the right candidate. The assignment is ongoing with the goal that after 6–8 months you will be taken over and directly employed by Annas Pepparkakor.

In the role as a bakery employee, we would like you to have previous experience from process industry or bakery and that you have worked in food production. You should be confident in driving forklifts and work efficiently to ensure smooth production.

Your tasks will include:

• Dough production and handling of raw materials in and out of the warehouse
• Process monitoring of production lines
• Participation in improvement and development work within the department
• Planning and picking of goods for production

The work mainly takes place during the day, but during peak season, work in multiple shifts (day/evening/night) may occur.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in the food industry, active warehouse work, and forklift driving.
• Good computer skills, preferably experience with business systems – SAP is a merit.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Flexibility regarding working hours is required, as shift work occurs during parts of the year.
• Residence in Tyresö or nearby.
