Do you enjoy meeting people in a role where you truly make a difference? We are now looking for you to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Bräcke. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment extends over the summer months and the position is approximately 15-32 hours per week, with varying working hours.
Your role as a salesperson with us
Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.
As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.
We are looking for someone who
- Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us.
- Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Can work varying hours, from 06:00 at the earliest to 22:00 at the latest in June, July, and August.
- Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
- Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset for learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
Experience in a service role and/or with food and beverages is an advantage. We also welcome candidates with cash handling experience.
