We are looking for a Team Coach & Software Developer to strengthen our client's development team in creating new digital services. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and ensure quality through test-driven development and test automation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching and leading the team in daily operations
• Analyzing requirements and proposing solutions
• Developing and enhancing digital services and functionalities
• Documenting and actively working with test-driven development and test automation

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Coach and/or Scrum Master combined with software development
• At least 1 year of experience in backend development with Java, Jakarta EE, and JPA/Hibernate
• At least 1 year of experience in frontend development with Vue, React, or Angular
• At least 1 year of experience with container-based technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• At least 2 years of experience in test-driven development and test automation
• Relevant university or college education
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred experiences:

• Experience working as a team coach within SAFe
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Experience working with REST-based services
• Development in a Linux environment
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution proposals, and prototyping
• Knowledge of IntelliJ and working with open source
