Do you want to work as a systems specialist?
Do you want to work as a systems specialist and have several years of experience in logistics software? Are you goal-oriented, analytical, and want to be part of our development in warehouse automation? Then this could be the next step for you!
About the position
OneMed Sweden currently has a partially automated warehouse operation with significant growth ambitions and is therefore looking for additional employees for the development department within IS/IT at our logistics operation in Gothenburg. At OneMed, you will be part of a fast-growing and dynamic company with a strong history and exciting future prospects.
In this role, you will be part of a customer-focused team responsible for ensuring that our logistics systems are optimized, integrated, and continuously developed to support the needs of the business. You will work closely with the supply chain department and have a central role in the work of continuous improvements, system development, and software updates, while ensuring that our solutions operate efficiently and stably in daily operations.
We use Astro (WMS), Werx (WCS), and nShift (TM), but it is not a requirement that you have experience with these specific systems – the most important thing is that you have worked with similar systems and have a good understanding of how they interact within warehouse and transport processes.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve and develop our logistics systems to increase efficiency.
- Implement WMS, WCS, and TM changes in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Plan and execute software updates and ensure stable operations during new releases.
- Analyze and improve supply chain processes through system adaptations and data analysis.
- Support and train users in the systems and create efficient workflows.
- Drive and/or participate in improvement projects within the supply chain together with both IT and the business.
- Act as a bridge between IS/IT and the business, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A good understanding of logistics processes and how IT systems support them.
- Experience in continuous improvements and change management within IT/logistics.
- The ability to plan and execute system updates without disrupting operations.
- Experience in system integration and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and interest, as well as a solution-oriented approach.
- Experience working with logistics systems, such as WMS, WCS, and TM.
- A degree in areas such as Computer Science, Logistics, IT, and/or equivalent experience.
It is a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of SQL to manage and analyze data from the systems.
- Experience with system integrations and database management.
We offer
At OneMed and our IS/IT department, you will be part of a development-oriented team with a strong team spirit.
OneMed is facing an exciting change; we are leaving our three current warehouses on Tagenevägen and moving into a state-of-the-art, newly built warehouse in Halvorsäng. It will be a warehouse with advanced automation and a high level of system integration.
In the role of systems specialist, you will have great opportunities to develop, shape, and optimize our systems from the ground up. Through data analysis and automation, you will implement improvements and develop smart solutions that make a real difference. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, experiment, and be part of a technically advanced logistics environment.
In addition, we also offer:
- OneMed strives to be a flexible employer that provides good opportunities to combine work and private life. In this role, you will have the opportunity for hybrid work and can work from home up to 2 days a week after the onboarding period.
- Free parking, newly renovated premises, and a well-equipped staff gym.
- Wellness allowance of 4000 SEK/year and access to Benify and Lifeplan.
- Full advance vacation.
