Job Description:

We are looking for someone who is curious and has the competence for the role of sustainability coordinator who wants to drive sustainable development forward for Bostaden towards our vision Sustainable homes for all. The role includes operational coordination responsibility for sustainable mobility according to our mobility plan, participation in network meetings within the Umeå municipal group, data collection for climate accounts, and monitoring the external environment with analyses based on Bostaden's conditions.

You will also be involved in various projects, events, and other external arrangements within the field of sustainability.

Competence Profile:

You should have a relevant university degree, and experience in project management or process leadership is an extra merit.

Personal Qualities:

The position requires certain personal qualities. As a person, you are proactive, take responsibility, are pedagogical, and have good communication skills. You enjoy critically reviewing and providing recommendations based on analyses.

To fit into the role, you must find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy being part of a team that works together. We expect you to express yourself easily, especially in writing but also verbally.
