ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Health and Safety Coordinator, you will have a central function in developing and driving the health and safety work within the project. You will be responsible for following up on BIA, compiling materials for investigations regarding accidents, incidents, and injuries, as well as reporting to both the project organization and the health and safety manager. We are looking for someone who is easy to collaborate with and who dares to set demands to ensure that established goals and frameworks are met. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and possess good communication and pedagogical skills.

The role is a temporary position for approximately 13 months, with the possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Participate in safety rounds
• Assist in preparing materials for investigations of injuries, incidents, and accidents
• Drive improvement work and business development
• Support, motivate, and develop the health and safety work in the project

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in systematic and operational health and safety work within the construction industry
• Has good computer skills
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have an education in health and safety/KMA.
