About the job

Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours per week

Start date: By agreement

Working hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: According to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 16 years old and have completed ninth grade. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)

Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most would probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, assisting our customers, to keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we promise that you will gain experiences – such as in sales and service – that will be useful no matter what you choose to do in the future. Perhaps you will stay with us even after the summer?

• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
• You take responsibility for your work, are punctual and reliable.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
• You have the qualities and personal attributes that make you suitable to work with us. If you apply for the job, you will take a test that shows this.
