Now you have the opportunity to become part of a driven department where you will work to assist existing customers when they are moving or upgrading their alarms, as well as customer care. You will belong to a department with experienced salespeople, a great sales environment, and where you have fun at work. We will provide you with a solid onboarding that prepares you well for incoming/outgoing calls. You will learn how to handle different types of customers, objection handling, and much more.

You will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

The department's task is to help existing customers/companies over the phone and work to create a good relationship with our customers so that it is obvious to continue having Europe's leading alarm provider in their homes and businesses.

You will have the opportunity to work independently but also be part of a winning team!

We are looking for someone who:

• is driven and enjoys working towards set goals together with your colleagues in the team.

• handles Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
