We are looking for nursing assistants to Pionjären in Porjus.

We are looking for someone interested in a permanent position, but we also need temporary workers, including for summer positions from June to August. Pionjären is a care and nursing home for the elderly as well as home care in regular housing.

This role also includes resource shifts, which means that you will work at different workplaces within the organization, Jokkmokk and Vuollerim, as needed.

This means that you contribute to ensuring good staffing and high care quality, while also having the opportunity to develop a broad competence in several areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, your responsibilities include providing a good quality of life for our clients based on individual needs in a person-centered manner. The work mainly consists of care and nursing tasks, but service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are also included. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation.

Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the organization and your preferences. Our operations run 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate. A B driver's license is a requirement.

The salary range for the position of nursing assistant is between 25,000 - 30,000 SEK/month for full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
