WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to develop, both personally and alongside the company. To succeed in this role, it is important to handle rapid adjustments and changes in tasks based on customer demands and shifting priorities. Therefore, you should have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions and ensure that work is carried out efficiently without compromising safety, quality, or deadlines.

THE ROLE INCLUDES

• Applying various types of paints and finishes to furniture and wood products according to specifications.
• Preparing surfaces for painting through sanding and cleaning.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the painting process meets quality standards.
• Working with various tools and equipment for paint application, with spray guns being the primary tool.
• Performing maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment.
• Documenting and reporting production data and any deviations.
• Collaborating with departments within the company to optimize processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education focused on the wood industry and painting or equivalent.
• Experience as a painter in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes for wood.
• Ability to work meticulously and with attention to detail.
• Experience using various painting tools and equipment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
