About the role
As an Account Executive at Sello, you are a key player in driving the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and creating value for our customers on marketplaces such as Zalando, Amazon, CDON, and Asos.
The role is based on customer dialogue, demos, and consulting (via phone, email, and digital meetings), which requires a solution-oriented and responsive approach. You need to be pedagogical and enjoy meeting new people. You have a certain technical understanding, but above all, the willingness to learn our platform and services while being able to communicate the value of these solutions in a clear and business-driven manner.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities through incoming applications, prospecting, and networking to sell and demonstrate Sello's platform and services to potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate our platform to customers with a focus on how we can help them grow and succeed on online marketplaces.
- Advise customers and find solutions that simplify their operations and maximize the benefits of selling on marketplaces through our platform and services.
- Negotiate agreements and terms and drive the process from initial contact to signing.
- Analyze results, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities for our offering.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and support, to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Responsible for
Ensuring that customers receive the right solutions through a strategic and business-oriented sales process.
Working structured throughout the sales process and prospects to introduce and sell Sello's platform.
Staying updated on market trends, competitors, and solutions within digital marketplaces and e-commerce.
Actively contributing to improving internal processes, offerings, and working methods to increase efficiency and growth.

You have a strong drive and are passionate about sales, satisfied customers, and goal orientation.
You are business-minded, analytical, and solution-oriented.
You have a natural ability to communicate solutions in a pedagogical and trustworthy manner, so our customers understand how our platform can benefit their business.
You are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively analyze business opportunities.
Skills
Requirements
Documented experience in sales.
Good ability to communicate to different target groups.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces.
Experience working with digital B2B solutions and technical platforms.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Knowledge of solution selling or consultative selling.
