At C. Gunnarssons Verkstads AB in Vislanda, you will work on the construction of machines for the sawmill industry. Our machines consist of welded steel structures, chain and belt transmissions, electric motors, and pneumatics. The role involves working in 3D-CAD (SolidWorks). Here, you will have the opportunity to follow your solutions all the way through manufacturing, purchasing, delivery, assembly, and commissioning. We have short decision-making paths and close collaboration between design, production, and automation, giving you a unique chance to see your work take shape in reality.

Who do we think you are?

We are looking for someone with a technical education at the post-secondary level and good knowledge of 3D-CAD. Basic knowledge of strength of materials, as well as experience working with Microsoft Office, is also desirable. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement, and you need to have a basic understanding of English. Previous experience in the role of designer, production technical understanding of steel structures or chain transmission, as well as knowledge of 2D-CAD, is meritorious. You should also have a B driver's license.
