Team Lead at CBRE GWS

• You will personally lead certain client assignments where you are responsible for planning, finance, progress, and management.
• You are responsible for leading and driving accounts and clients towards set goals.
• You work closely with our international clients, partners, and colleagues, developing good business relationships.
• Identify risks and minimize their consequences.
• Develop new and existing client relationships and grow our business.
• Contribute to our efforts to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Your assignments will primarily be in Stockholm, but work in other locations may occur.
• You are the Team Lead for our mobile technicians and lead the group, planning their and your own daily work.
• You have financial understanding of monthly closings, financial systems, invoicing tools, and digital systems.
• We use Vitec for cases and invoicing.
• Accompanying visits with technicians to our clients to create added value for our customers.
• Statistics.
• Assist in preparing quotes.
• Maintain close dialogue with Contract Support.
• Scheduling and management/optimization of technicians.

Security Protection

The position involves placement in a security class, requiring an approved security review with a background check by the Security Police.

In connection with potential employment, a security review will be conducted for participation in sensitive security operations. CBRE will perform a background check on you via authorization. The information obtained is from open registers and sources, which includes previously known facts about you. This information will then serve as decision support in this recruitment and future security reviews according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585), the Security Protection Ordinance (2021:995), and the Security Police's regulations (PMFS 2022:1) on security protection.

Desired Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or other work experience considered equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role from a construction company, consulting or installation company, or within the industry.
• Experience from a global company is an advantage.
• Experience in contract law.
• Understanding and knowledge of finance, forecasting, and closing accounts.
• Experience managing directly reporting staff.
• Experience with installation projects and adaptations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good computer skills and ability to work with digital tools.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
• Reliable, loyal.
• Swedish citizenship is required as the position is classified in a security class.
