JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Home Care Group West is looking for three employees.

The home care service works with the individual's needs at the center and focuses on the user.

Working in home care means varied tasks where you help people in their own homes, but also in outdoor environments. Common tasks include preparing meals, dressing and undressing, and personal hygiene. Accompaniment/walks and relief as well as service interventions are also part of your duties. After working for a while, medical tasks may become relevant and will be delegated by medically responsible personnel after completed internal training and when you feel ready.

You will receive practical introduction so that you feel secure with your upcoming tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you who are applying for the position have an interest in working with people, an ambition to provide good service, and a desire to learn and develop in your work.

It is an advantage if you are a nursing assistant, have other healthcare education, or experience working in healthcare.

You should master the Swedish language in speech, writing, and reading comprehension, as it involves contact with users, relatives, documentation, and reading information related to the work.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
