As a Junior Coordinator, you will be part of a team consisting of both junior and senior engineers. You will work on managing and distributing incoming questions and cases to the right team and person. You will answer the questions and cases you can and ensure that others are directed correctly, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of the development flow. When the opportunity arises, you will work on improving flows through integrations and automations, as well as analyzing recurring problems to simplify future handling. As a Junior Coordinator, you will closely collaborate with different departments and contribute to creating a smoother and more efficient work process.

• Has a university degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent.
• Possesses a good technical understanding and has a genuine interest in development.
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contacts.

It is not necessary, but it is an advantage if you:

• Have previously worked in a similar role.
• Have experience working with Jira, Bash, Python, or equivalent.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client.
