About the assignment and the person we are looking for Are you a confident payroll consultant who enjoys stepping in and making a difference where it is needed most? We are now looking for you to support our client during an important transition period in their payroll function.

Start: May 2025 Scope: 50% Period: May–July 2025

The client is undergoing a shift where payroll management is gradually being brought in-house from a previous external solution. A newly hired payroll administrator has recently started, and you will serve as a qualified support during her introduction and first payroll runs.

The work will be done in Visma, and starting in June, the client will conduct their first payroll runs in the Agda system. You will help ensure that the process runs smoothly, that the right competencies are in place, and that new routines are implemented correctly.

About the role:

You will work closely with both the client's internal payroll role and other relevant functions. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring payroll runs in Visma during the transition period
• Working operationally with payroll from start to finish
• Supporting and guiding the client's internal payroll staff in their daily work
• Being a reliable sounding board for routines and processes
• Identifying and resolving any issues before they affect delivery

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5–7 years of experience in qualified payroll work
• Has very good experience with Agda
• Is used to working independently and with a high degree of responsibility
• Is a good communicator and experienced in introducing and supporting others

Has experience in 24/7 operations, for example in healthcare and social services (meritorious but not required)

This assignment is suitable for you who are used to jumping in with a short lead time, creating structure, spreading confidence, and contributing to both quality and knowledge transfer.
