Security Partner

Job Responsibilities

Being a Security Partner with us means working on security issues together with managers and other key roles within the organization. You will work in the areas of physical security, fire protection, personal safety, information security, crisis preparedness, and civil defense. You provide close support that enables managers at various levels to take responsibility for security issues. Your work contributes to strengthening the organization's overall security culture and risk awareness. You will collaborate with security partners in other departments and with the region's security department.

Your responsibilities also include:

• establishing and informing about procedures.
• formulating objectives and conducting follow-ups.
• inventorying and analyzing security risks.
• identifying relevant measures for improvement and development.
• conducting training, planning, and executing exercises.
• presenting various matters to management groups and political forums.

About the Workplace

The Psychiatry Halland provides specialist psychiatric care in Halland. Our mission includes both outpatient and inpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, we provide primary care for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues.

We have nearly 950 employees and operate in all municipalities of the region. Together, we work to offer the best possible care to people with severe mental illness.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

You have relevant education and experience for the tasks. In your professional life, you have worked with issues related to security and/or crisis preparedness. This means you have the competence and ability to carry out the tasks included in the position. You have experience in planning, driving, and structuring your work to enable the execution of the assignments you receive. You have experience in familiarizing yourself with new areas and translating new knowledge into concrete tasks. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal Skills

You are skilled at building trust and relationships with managers and employees at various levels within the organization. You are attentive to the needs of the organization and can identify connections and dependencies to suggest appropriate measures and solutions. You have good pedagogical skills and can explain complex interactions in an easily understandable way. You are eager to develop and understand the importance of following up and ensuring implementation.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

You need to have a B driver's license to be considered for the position.

This position is security classified, which means you must undergo a security review before you can be offered employment.
