About the position:

We are currently seeking serving and bar staff who are passionate about creating a fantastic guest experience. As part of our team, you will be the hotel's face to the public and play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of throughout their stay. You will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start in a new hotel concept. You will also have a workplace with a high level of job satisfaction and strong team spirit. We are looking for someone who:

● Is over 20 years old. (Based on the Alcohol Act (2010:1622), specifically: Chapter 8, Section 18: "The person responsible for serving must be at least 20 years old..." https://lagen.nu/2010:1622#K8P18S1)

● Has a strong sense of service and a natural ability to create good customer relationships.

● Is communicative, positive, and engaged.

● Enjoys working in a team and has a proactive approach.

● Can work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred qualifications:

● Has experience in serving and bar work.

Job responsibilities:

● Welcome guests with a professional and warm greeting, and assist guests with questions and requests.

● Provide recommendations about the hotel's facilities and surroundings.

● Work with various tasks at the hotel, such as breakfast service, light serving, and general guest service.

● Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

● Manage lunch buffets and greet guests at the cash register.

● A la Carte serving where guests are served food and drinks at the table and provide guests with a selling description of our food and drink menu.

● Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

● Ensure that the restaurant is presentable, clean, and welcoming.

● Ensure that dishes are cleared and washed, and that everything visible to guests is replenished, inviting, and appealing.
