Workplace: Västerås

Duration: Full-time day 06:00 - 18:00 5-2 schedule / Full-time night 18:00 - 06:00 5-2 schedule/5-4 schedule. 6 months probationary employment applies.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced team leader to our team! As a team leader, you will have a central role in our operations and be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve set goals. You will have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks, ensuring efficient working methods, and following up on results. Your role also includes holding regular meetings with staff, providing ongoing feedback, and developing employees' competencies. To be successful in this role, we see that you have experience as a team leader or from a similar leadership position, have a structured working method, and a good ability to communicate and inspire your team. You are decisive, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for both daily operations and staff development.

Our requirements for this position are that you must be:

• of legal age and without a criminal record according to FAP 573-2
• drug-free
• have a high school diploma
• able to speak and write in Swedish and English
• in good health and physical condition
• have a valid driver's license B
• have a stable economy

Preferred qualifications:

• Security guard training VU1 and VU2
• leadership training
• CPR training
• technical background

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you proceed in the process but do not already have the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! You will undergo security guard training (VU1, 9 days) at BYA, the Security Industry's Professional and Occupational Environment Committee. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment. Tests will be applied in the recruitment process.
