As a Customer Success Manager Tech at Amido...

...you will become one of the key players in our Customer Success team – an engaged group of nine people in a company with a total of 37 employees. Your role? To build strong relationships, create long-term value, and ensure that our customers get the full benefit of our solutions. With responsibility for your own customer portfolio within the private and public sectors, you will be their primary contact person. Your mission? To make every customer stay, grow – and want more. You will ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly, that our services are used optimally, and that we together avoid churn through proactive dialogue, strategic advice, and close follow-up. In your daily work, you also need to feel comfortable reading and understanding contracts – as you often navigate the intersection of business, relationships, and delivery.

You will, among other things:

  • Lead customer meetings, follow-ups, and management dialogues
  • Ensure that our solutions are used effectively and further developed
  • Create growth through upselling and proactive business development
  • Act as a trusted advisor – technically sharp, business-minded, and relationship-driven

We are looking for someone who...

...has a natural sense for business and relationships, sees the whole picture in the customer journey, and dares to take a place as an expert in the room. You are comfortable handling contracts and dialogues, attentive in collaboration – but also have the presence to clearly represent both the customer's needs and our delivery. You are self-driven, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with drive. With a strong commitment and a relationship-building mindset, you will become an important link between our customers and our team.

Our wishes for you:

  • Several years of experience in CSM, project management, or service management within IT
  • Education in technology, IT, economics, or equivalent work experience
  • A strong interest in digital platforms and technology
  • If you also have experience from a digital delivery organization or from Cloud/SaaS solutions, you will get an extra plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
